Multi Skills Belt System
This specifically designed hip belt system can be used to add precise resistance or assistance to a hitters swing, a pitchers leg drive, lateral movement on defense and baserunning quickness. At each practice more or less tension can be added to their body and swing, increasing power through the legs and hips. Attach to the fence, adds muscle memory in “popping” the hips and legs creating great muscle and mental memory. The belt and bungees aid in getting out of the batters box quickly and down the line and with moving laterally quicker allowing players “to get to the hole faster”. Pitchers can use the belt system for more ground power or prevent lunging. Attachments for the ankle and hip add to the variety of drills isolating body parts to enhance performance.
